关于开具2019年度文物保护工程专业人员资格考试报名费发票的说明
各有关单位或个人：
2019年度文物保护工程专业人员资格考试报名费发票由中国古迹遗址保护协会统一开具，发票形式为电子发票。在考试结束后2个月内发至单位（如一个单位有多人报考，可将报名费归并统一开具一张发票）或个人邮箱。
需要开具发票的单位或个人，请填写《开票信息填写表》，并于2019年5月31日之前发至电子邮箱：zizhi@icomoschina.org.cn
过期将不受理发票开具业务。
请确定好报考科目后再开发票，发票一旦开具将不再受理考试科目变更。
