关于领取第二批2006年国家文物局公布的文物保护工程资质人员证章的通知
各有关人员：
2006年国家文物局公布的文物保护工程资质人员相关证章制作工作（第二批）已完成。请第二批、即2015年6月19日～2015年11月30日期间缴费的相关责任设计师、工程师，尽快前来协会领取证章。领取证章需携带本人身份证原件；若由他人代领，则需提供持证人身份证复印件及领取人身份证原件。为确保证章的顺利领取，请提前致电预约领取时间。
注：2015年考试的资质证章统一邮寄，不自取，请注意查收，谢谢！
